Conditions of hire
The hiring contract shall be between the hirer and the property owner and shall be deemed to be subject to these conditions of hire.
Upon receipt of your booking form and full payment we will send you a confirmation of booking. The booking payment cannot be refunded (an exception may be made at the owners discretion such as in the case of further restrictions relating to Covid 19). Hirers are advised to take out holiday insurance to cover this.
The hirer undertakes to keep the premises and all furniture, fixtures, fittings and effects in or on the premises in the same state of repair and condition as at the commencement of the holiday and also undertakes to leave the premises in the same state of cleanliness and general order in which it was found. The owner shall be compensated for breakages and damage which occur during occupancy (fair wear and tear excepted).
The cottages are normally available from 3pm on the day of arrival. Visitors are asked to vacate by 10am on the day of departure.
The owner is to be allowed access to the property at any reasonable time during any holiday occupancy. Subject to Covid 19 guidelines.
Accommodation and the grounds are only for persons named on the booking form.
Baggage, personal belongings and vehicles are at the owners risk at all times.
Sorry no pets and we ask that you please do not smoke on the premises.
Prices are fully inclusive of electric and oil, no food is included. All bed linen, bath and kitchen towels are provided but NOT beach towels.
Household cleaning materials are located in the kitchen and laundry facilities are available including iron.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION RE COVID 19
Guests are asked not to enter the site if they are experiencing Covid 19 symptoms. Any guests who develop symptoms during their stay must advise the owner.
